Who we are

Built around what independent retailers actually need

TTN Enterprise started as a sourcing desk for a handful of Sydney retailers who were tired of minimum order quantities designed for chains. We kept the sourcing, added a warehouse on Parramatta Road, and opened the range to any Australian business with an ABN.

Today the catalogue runs to 2,000+ live lines across 9 departments. Nothing is drop-shipped from overseas: if it is listed, it is either on our floor in Homebush or on a vessel with a booked arrival.

We do not run a showroom, and we do not carry bulky furniture: everything on these shelves ships by carton or pallet. Prices on this site are the trade prices — the same numbers our account managers quote — with pack and carton breaks published on every product page.

What we do, end to end

Sourcing, quality control, importing, storage and last-mile freight are handled in-house rather than sub-contracted across four different companies.

Sourcing & supplier vetting

Factory-direct relationships in China, Vietnam, Malaysia and the EU. Samples are assessed against Australian expectations before a line is opened, not after the first complaint.

Import & landed costing

We take care of FOB negotiation, freight booking, customs clearance and duty. The price you see already includes all of it — no surprise landed-cost adjustments.

Warehousing in Sydney

Racked storage at 350 Parramatta Road, Homebush. Orders are picked the day they are paid, and metro deliveries usually land within the same week.

Mixed-carton distribution

Buy 6 of one line and 24 of another. We consolidate across departments so a small retailer can order like a large one.

Own-brand & indent programs

For repeat volume we run indent orders against your forecast, including private-label packaging and barcoding.

After-sales support

Faulty stock is credited or replaced, warranty claims on branded goods are lodged by us, and every order carries a compliant tax invoice.

Compliance

Product that clears customs and passes inspection

Electrical goods are supplied with Australian plugs and to the relevant electrical safety approvals for the state of sale. Textiles carry fibre-content and care labelling. Packaging is labelled with country of origin.

We are GST-registered under ABN 13 701 257 329 and issue tax invoices on every sale — including the invoices generated automatically for bank-transfer orders — so your BAS reconciles cleanly.

Where a supplier cannot evidence compliance for the Australian market, we do not list the line. It costs us range; it saves our customers recalls.
