Paid orders are picked and dispatched within 48 hours, and usually the next business day. Bank-transfer orders are picked once funds clear. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Orders above one cubic metre, or any order containing large appliances or televisions, move on pallets. Pallet rates are quoted per consignment before dispatch and can be added to your invoice or arranged on your own carrier account. Tail-lift delivery is available where a forklift is not on site — tell us at the time of order.
Deliveries are to the kerb or loading dock of a business address during business hours. Someone must be available to receive and sign for the consignment; re-delivery of a failed drop is charged at cost. Check the consignment against the packing slip before signing.
Note any visible damage on the carrier's paperwork and photograph the pallet before unwrapping. Claims for transit damage must reach us within 7 days of delivery — see the returns and claims policy.
